This article is dead-on. What is not reported is that the H-1B process is just a precursor to the major federal Labor agency fraud on the American People. The "labor certification" process which is supposed to be the process whereby U.S. employers test the labor market to show that no U.S. workers are available to take a job before the employer may offer it to a non-U.S. worker. The test of the labor market is a joke with tailored job announcements in favor of alien workers over U.S. workers. Labor's rubber stamp PERM process turns a blind eye to this perversion of the labor market test..all in the name of efficiency in government. A trained monkey could do what Labor does and do a better job at it.
