Lawsuit Against Osteen's Wife Heads To Court

This is an insane use of our court system to obtain money. What a gold digger!!

She's suing for 10 percent of Olsteens wealth just because she got an elbow to the boob and her feelings were hurt? I'm not sure how she ended up with 'roids because of this though.

Porbably both at fault...why didn't Victoria just ask someone to clean her arm rest and then not make a freakin federal case out of it? Going to the cockpit? Come on hon....and stewardi have become more hostile than the terrorists they claim to fear....I say, let the terrorists climb aboard aonther AA or Contintal flight....they'll be begging for mercy and suing the airlines for "hurting their little feelings"...

So, this seems a simple solution:
Give Victoria a lifetime supply of handi-wipes for her seat arms,
give the stewardess some Preparation H, and someone volunteer to rub her bruise; have her on the Dr. Phil show for her "therapy" and
everyone should be happy.....And Praise the Lord, we won't have to hear anymore about it.

I really doubt that this incident gave the flight attendant "hemorrhoid's",and as far as the jab in her boob,,she will be alright.She is just seeing $ dollar signs for some big bucks.

What a waste of money. While I feel there are 2 sides to this story - Victoria is spoiled and wealthy - the stewardess sees "big buck signs" but how does this cause hemorrhoids?

I really think both women are pains in the butt - so they probably both need hemorrhoid treatment - not caused by this instance.

Here we have another very "plane" case of greed.
To sue Mrs. Osteen for 10% of her net worth because of alleged anxiety and hemorrhoids suffered in the incident seems like a very calculated and sly way to make financial gain because Mrs. Osteen is a celebrity.
Seems to me that this flight attendant is trying to make a quick buck in case that Continental Air Lines goes belly up in this trying times that all airlines are facing.
MS. Brown should sue her employer and the aircraft manufacturer for her suffering with hemorrhoids because of those very uncomfortable crew jumpseats they have to use. Maybe if she used some more fibre in her diet and stop eating that many airline meals might also help.

I'm not really concerned about the law suit, however, a flight attendant was assaulted. I don't care who the person is, they should never lay hands, or elbows, on any flight attendant. Maybe this law suit will convince people of star statued that they are not above the law.

As far as hemeroids go, she would probably have been hit some where beside the boob to make that credible.
