These developers seem to think they own the towns they walk into. I just moved to Andover from the over-developed town of Dumont. It's only one of the towns in Bergen County that's taking on the appearance of "Da Bronx." with its bumper-to-bumper housing developments.and cars parked on sidewalks and front lawns. My advice to these guys is go find a place that has no small towns and develop it, such as the South Pole.

Funny, Beazer Homes Reputation is Going to Catch Up to them sooner or later, there seems to be quite a bit of people who want to warn others not to buy a Beazer Home.
