Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with this project in NJ, good or bad or has any relevant info as to their financial situation.

The property spends money like its going out of style. The dues per unit are 650-850 per month.

I have had a place at the shore for years and this is by far the best of all.I live in the building and the condo fees were high, and the builder was spending money like crazy BUT all the units are now sold,The new condo board has lowered the fees 2 times now with another big lowering coming in may,As for the location BEACHFRONT that allows you to pull your waverunner or boat right up on the beach. It as good as it gets, but keep it under your hat Joe Z

just wondering whether values are going to continue to decline. I heard that people are having trouble refinancing as values are coming in at approx. 20% below last year's.
Has anyone had difficulty getting financing at this place or any other shore property.

Is anyone experiencing difficulty getting financing for shore condo properties? I heard lenders are not giving financing especially on condos. Any input is appreciated.

This place is only for owners ... Renters are not welcome... If I have to tell my 2 year old twins to not play in the pool because they were to loud.. only one of the things ... Buyers beware this place in only for those who don't like company or family... This place is beautiful but I would never purchase hear nor will I ever rent here again..

Just rented here the week of 8/8/09. We loved the place. No issues with our kids (ages 7-5-2.5) and friends and family enjoying the pool. Great views of the inlet and lots of activity on the beach. Plus short walk to guarded beach. We would def rent again.

This is a high end building and most owners and renters enjoy the peace and quiet of a First Class Resort. Our building is rated PG for Parental Guidence. If this is a problem,I guess its just not for everyone. We will miss you next year !!!

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Cancer

You could struggle to display your feelings and emotions at the moment. Being so sensitive, the smallest things could hurt your feelings, but no one else is likely to realise since you retreat into your shell at these times. This will not be a conscious decision, and you'll feel frustrated at your inability to explain the hurt you suffer.
