E-coli fear sparks mushroom recall

I currently have a dish in my slow cooker involving these mushrooms. Does anyone know if the entire dish has to be disguarded (or just the mushrooms not eaten)

Toss the whole meal out. You don't want to take that kind of chance. Better to lose a few dollars a little time over a slow cooked meal gone bad than face hemalytic uremic syndrome (kidneys gone bad - they shut down and subsequent ongoing kidney dialysis) or the slow torture of surviving a bout of E.coli. The question literally on the table is, why take that kind of chance?

Please do not take any chances. My five year old got e-coli and in small children they get get hemalytic uremic syndrome from it. Her kidneys shut down and she was on dialyisis for two months ( her kidneys now are only functioning at 65% and they think in 7- 10 years she'll need a kidney transplant) Her bowel perforated and they had to remove 75% of her colon. She had a colostomy bag for 3 months luckly we were able to do a colostmy takedown. She is a insulin dependent diabetic and she has sores on the brain that causes her to have severe migraines and pettymall seizeres. She went from being a normal child to having all these problems in days. E-coli is nothing play about.
