Anyone have experience with a Bayer take over? Bayer say that they will take the "best of the best" in retaining Schering employees, just want to know if affected people really feel that is true

Bayer has held true to this practise in its dealings with Chiron Diagnostics, Aventis Crop, and other acquisition activities. Generally, the protocol is a partnership with an external management firm (Egon Zander?) to start the process from the top-down...management layers then typically apply a slating process (based on criteria) to build/assign the subsequent organization
