Bank of America

Horrible bank. Would never do business with them. They asked me to put 5% extra down on my loan just 10 days before my escrow was supposed to close. They told me that they will restructue my loan and then they changed their mind again without informing me

On November 25, 2009:I live by a Bank of America but do not have an account. Every month I go into this bank to acquire a cash advance off of my debit card. I needed in excess of what the atm would give me due to holiday travel, my mom is ill. Would you believe that the rude teller ( and I mean rude!) told me after i presented all of my ID that unless i had a passport I had to use the atm. I was refused service and I am appalled!!!! I explained that i always come in the bank. The teller told me that she did not care.This bank is located on 3rd st south bethlehem pa 18015. By the way I waited in line for almost 15 minutes and yes I am disabled. As hard as people are trying to keep jobs I continuously watch this teller treat customers like garbage month after month. Shame on you bank of AMERICA because you discriminate against your non customers yet you carry the name America in your business
