Even though it is written out in black and white, people are still blind to what is going on and that is sad. You see a lot of ignorant people come out of the woodwork when they hear of a union going on strike. Right away they think its all about the money, they want more money. That is bull! Unless you are at the bargaining table or you know everything you have nothing to say. The media likes to put everyone against unions even though thats were most of the tax money comes from. If you take away the jobs in this area, it is going to cause a trickle down effect. You cannot tell me that this is not going to happen, it does. Not to mention that there will be even more people moving out of this state so don't be supprised when taxes goes up even more. It's not rocket science. I wish more people would understand that.

I don't think Unions needs the media to put people against them. They do that all by themselves.
Reality is "most" people want to go to work. However Union people want to get paid to "not work".
I worked in a shop that used to work. The workers were hard working people and still had fun at working but always got the job done.
Union came in, union mentality hit the floor, then like day and night people are standing around with their famous phrase stating, "oh thats not my job". Nothing got done because everyone thought "oh thats not my job". Plant closed.
Before that union, production and quality was everyones job.

And how is that the Unions fault? Didn't anyone address it to a stewart that people were slacking. Let me guess, the union officals were the ones that were not doing anything and also they were telling everyone not to work also, right. I know my union is the total opposite, if someone isn't pulling their weight then they hear about it. Not ALL unions or union workers are bad or lazy. Just because one sucks doesn't mean they all do.

Daily Horoscope for June 2

Capricorn

You feel like overindulging yourself in some way today, and why not? Throw caution to the wind and eat your way through a big bar of chocolate, or have a retail therapy session that leaves you reeling from the amount of money you've spent. There's a definite chance you could get carried away and tell a whopper of a story that has little resemblance to what really happened. What on earth has got into you?
