Customer service always seems to end up taking a back seat to profits when these huge Mega-Banks are formed.
The same thing happened with the Southtrust Wachovia takeover. They added higher and more fees, and took away all the things that made us choose them in the first place! I bailed on them too.

When are these greedy pigs going to learn that WE the customers are the ones paying for their Beemer's, Mercedes, and multi-million dollar homes? Here today...gone tomorrow. Wise up.
