Anyone angry at Apple's business practices, or any company's business practises, should just not buy their products.
What's so hard about that ? (I do not now, nor have I ever, owned an Apple product. And I never shall.) |

1 On an individual basis, I agree. That's the best thing to do. But as a nation, we should demand better business practices from ALL American corporations. Bring jobs home. Let Americans manufacture products again. Follow Germany's example, and people will pay a little more for well-made, safe products whose manufacturers have good jobs and are paid good wages. FWIW |

1 I agree. But as Apple is one of the most successful companies in the history of the world, SOMEBODY is giving them gobs of money in exchange for their products. Why must someone have an Apple product ? Buy from a competitor who has better business practices. And why aren't Apple shareholders demanding better business practices and having their products made in the U.S.? |

You won't get a response. People who complain tend to ignore this little fact because their home is loaded with these products. I call it the Barbara Streisand complex. I bet you own shares of Apple. |

1 Ok Im a conservative but going out of Political mode for a minute and into tech mode. I build my own machines( Not that hard and if a dumb conservative can do it, it should be a breeze for you ultra Genius liberals,) And then use Linux as my operating system. Linux is a FREE operating system that can be downloaded from several sites and is less subject to viruses then Windows, there plenty of FREE software including graphic and office programs and is more stable then Windows or Apple. So why pay Microsoft or Apple good money when you can get a comparable operating system for free? And as I said there a ton of FREE software for linux. No accusation involved. My point was why rail against Apple when the computer he is using is probably made in the same factory by many of the same workers. That doesn't count the numerous other products that that person makes that are made in China. Go buy an orange grown in South America. Go buy a McDonalds hamburger with meat from Argentina. People piss and moan about Apple. Apple isn't the problem. Capitalism is the problem and Apple is Capitalism writ large but you can rest assured that it is Capitalism that is the problem. See you in 20 years with there are government/security, prison jobs, military jobs and the service economy. There will never be full employment in the US again and it will only get worse. |

Well, that I can pretty much agree with. I'm just saying that if Americans don't DO anything about it, it will continue as you say and get worse. Apple isn't the whole problem, but we have to start someplace. |

I want eferyone to type this into your internet browser......STUFF MADE IN THE USA..... SAnd check out all sites....There is so many things still made in the USA...In fact the PC I am typeing on is 85% made in the USA....Yes it did cost more. But it was an investment in this nation...If everyone would buy 5% more USA made then they do now that would add tons of jobs and GDP.
