Sometimes you don't have to read much to get at what is actually going on...Samsung-Prove patent infringement. Apple-Scare court tactics that resemble lawyers desperate smoke and mirrors technique. Samsung is focused and Apple is all over the place. The question, Is there a patent infringement? Very simple. Leaves the US court system deeper in the hole for credibility from typical American Lawyer Ethics of huff and puff til I blow your house down.
