Fake Abercrombie on Ebay

Has anybody bought fake Abercrombie merchandise on Ebay? Frankly I'm sick of it and have vowed never to do it again. I actually got a "Lucinda" jacket and the tag on it said, "American and First" instead of "Abercrombie and Fitch". Like they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Yes this is sad to buy stuff from ebayer that they wrote they have 100% authentic AF cloths when there are completely fake. I lost 200$ for a fake coat and a fake pair of jeans. I did 2 guide on ebay to compare the fake products and the real. I think the only thing we can do it is to take time to write good guides. look at it member: redferrovi See how much fake jacket you can find!!!! It is bad.

As an A&F store manager, i encourage you to shop in our store. that is the only way to insure that you are buying the authentic quality product. i have had many calls regarding merchandise on ebay and its authenticity. honestly most of the stuff on there is laughable. but if you insist on buying it through ebay, at least stop in a store to compare it first.

I have and I did alot of research as far as thread count....stitiching buttons.....colors etc etc.
I turned them into EBAY If anyone would like any info from my findings let me know.

I used to work at abercrombie and sometimes people would try to buy things from us in a bulk fashion, which wasn't allowed. You can't buy more than 20 items at A&F. I used to travel in Europe and found fake stuff all the time. Turkey has the best fake stuff! However, most of the stuff would pass for genuine A&F might not last as long but how often do you keep things that are not this seasons stuff?

Maybe yes, maybe no. My suggestion is if it is a rare item that can't be found that you know you won't wear for a lifetime- get it. But made fake in Turkey or made for real in Vietnam- most over- it is pretty much the same thing. If A&F is so "American" then it should say MADE IN THE USA- well that probably won't happen.

My biggest thing is that probably an adult made that fake stuff while the real stuff was made by some child in Vietnam. Have you been there lately? Not the most desireble place to live. Turkey not so bad. So, a greedy person making a fake or a desperate family making the real stuff working for pennies. Not to mention the pennies A&F pays the "employees". Sadly enough, we are so vain that we buy it.

My board shorts may be fake - but by next year I will probaly want the new style. So, for the time I wear it- I am in style. Guess I should of took home-ec and I could of made my own! So, I am just a guilty. I am sure Mr. Jeffries doesn't loose much sleep at night over it.

The only thing you should know is that (if you are in Turkey) you could buy the fake stuff for probably 5-10 dollars. So, don't pay an arm and a leg for it if you are not sure about it.

The buying 20 items is not true
you can buy as many items as you want just as long as you pay it all in cash or
if you are using a credit card the limit is 20 but you can use another card to put the rest on it
like say you want to buy 100 items you would need 5 different credit cards.

So its not the story policy that you can only buy 20 at once? For the things Ive seen you write it seems as if your store is really easy going. Just reectly I tried purchasing more that 20 items. One store I was kicked out of the the other said I needed paperwork from a company as to why I was buying so much before they could let me do. I was paying cash. They also told me I couldnt buy the same shirt in tow different sizes.

dont buy fake its never the same and its against the abercrombie and fitch policy i already reported a store selling fake and they got rid of it

i shop i the providence store and i never have a problem with them

u never known what is fake or not on ebay . i never bought anything on ebay i just buy it at the store cause u can b scammed and tricked into buing somethin totally fake . ttyl guys bye .

I had a horrible experience today at A&F. The manager was completely awful. I think she must be completely stressed out. Do they treat you okay?

Just curious. She was young and cute and just awful awful to me. I was pissed, but really felt bad for her. She actuall ran after me and my daughter and yelled at us. I mean she came after us out of the store. I just kept walking.
