A 7.5 percent increase over two years? That is outrageous!! I don't know anyone whose income increased by that amount, if they even have the good fortune to have a job!

My gas bill over the past 2 years has went down 50% and my electric bill has went up 20%. AEP passes along all costs and is guaranteed a profit. No real reason to cut costs. Thanks Grove City for speaking up!

The usual feeble throwback we get with these never-ending increase requests is, 'your electric cost is much cheaper than most of the country.' Imagine paying a sliding scale rate for each KWh of electricity used, depending on the time of day AND the tier of electricity usage during the month.
