Pin Assingment for Actel ProASIC3e

The designer stopped letting me use pins from a couple of banks as I was going through incremental changes in my design. I was using pin 159 for reset in A3PE1500 part. I added four pairs of LVDS IO's and then Designer stopped letting me use pin 159 for reset. In fact, it locked out all the pins from the same bank from being used for reset, even though I had used another bank to assign my LVDS IO,s.
Anybody knows how I can release that pin so that I can use it for reset?

When errors like that arrive to me I use a new configuration file or another tread, you know like in "place and route" button "new(myprojet11.adb) " like that I got no errors and I can do changes to the actual configuration.
