Yep they do. All you need to do is ask around ex-employees or past clients.

Never join Accenture even if they offer you millions of USD. You cannot live for more than 5 years. They are blood suckers and consult any of ex-employees and they will say the same thing. Highly indecent company and look at the building which is worst maintained in Sholinganallur in Chennai. Dirtiest bath room comparable only to public bath rooms on streets. Team leaders and managers are not professionals and cunning type who will spoil your careers.

Integrity is not on the high list of management priorities. As a matter of fact, I've witnessed on several occasions that management highly emphasize and encourage an ability to 'lie on your feet' when selling to and dealing with customers. There has been no organic growth at the company whatsoever and the company's ability, process, and methodology in getting to revenue with its enterprise customers is non-existent.

The company continues to disappoint Wall Street in missing it's last 9 quarters in a row. Senior and middle management are inexperienced, incompetent, does not communicate effectively, and consistently does not tell the truth to its employees.

This company operates with a 'seat of its pants' mentality, is extremely cavalier in how it does business, and operates like a start up. This company has gotten to be a $400MM company through acquiring small print brokers, screwing over its supply base, and no plan in place to integrate or grow the acquired company. InnerWorkings claims to be a technology company, but their technology does not work as advertised, has no release cycle in place, has no marketing department, no product managers, no product marketing managers, no sales management etc.

I live in UK. I worked in a project as Freelancer for Accenture on SAP FSCM project. Before coming to Accenture I had delivered two SAP FSCM project. Accenture is working for a client ***** on FSCM project. Accenture gave a delivery time of 6 months to deliver this project. Now it is 2 years still the project has not gone live. Only after working for 2 days I realised that I am in a wrong place among wrong people. Accenture Manager ***** asked me to write a Test script which would be corrected by another consultant who has never before delivered any FSCM project. The guy named ***** would ask me once to add a line next time he would ask me to delete the same line next time again add the same line next time again put this line in another place I had never felt so much frustrated working. I had come to deliver the project and not to get frustrated, Accenture is not a place which identifies and utilises talent of people. It is a very good place for people to play politics. Accenture Manager learned in one month time that I am leaving I had given 4 weeks notice period. They asked me to stay longer than what I needed to stay on the project I stayed to please them but then they played politics by assuring me that time sheet of mine will be approved by them and they had mutual understanding among them to make me suffer and so they did not approve the time sheet. And so I could not get paid for working over a month. In my 14 years of career I have not seen any where in any organization such cheap level of politics which harms others, this is a completely sadistic attitude of Accenture Manager that nobody wants to join Accenture. It is 3 months now since I have left the project and still Accenture is looking to fill that position. Good luck.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Virgo

Life catches you unawares today but for once you don't really mind. A friend is likely to ring up with an exciting suggestion or you could receive a spur of the moment invitation that's too good to refuse. An interesting encounter is also on the cards, especially when you're brought together through unusual circumstances.
