I herd today the remaining stores in florida have been sold via a pepsi rep.

I have heard pepsi reps say we were sold years ago I don't believe a word they say ...show me the proof! I don't think the rest of the FL stores will be around much longer but I also don't know if another grocery store will buy it...who knows they could be a Lazy Boy ...they did buy one of the stores! Guess we will have to wait and see.....don't know why we have to interview with PUBLIX when the other stores that were bought flipped over sucks to work for ALBERTSONS

Well now that the gas stations in Colo have been sold...What will be next? Its all a work in progress.

Where at?

The runor mill is running wild. They say that stores that was not sold need to raise the bar and be graded like school just no grading on the curve. Everyday the support center comes in and gives you a grade 8 and below your in trouble. Need change from support center to a opinion center and good ole boy network so lets all get our stores to 8 so the future buyers think there getting a good store and with the ads drive up the stores sales so the buyer would be fooled Good luck to all and when our support center come in don't ask for support ask what your grade was today.

Is the support center your division office people or the operation specialist(or whatever they like to call themselves these days)? When did Florida start this fun ? Next time they come in flash them 1 finger and say you need help !!

Announced Thursday that 4 of the 43 stores left will be closing as of end of August. Not bought but just being shut down. The word is that there maybe 10 more in consideration.

I guess the big boys at Albertsons finally got their wish. we no longer need this forum. Since the company is now belly up. Sooo... everyone have a nice life. By the way, anyone have some BBs? Those that know me know why I ask for this.
Any way, hope everyone will at least be able to survive.
