Just this moron down. He doesnt care about these poor, defenseless animals! We need harsher laws for these puppy millers, huge fines, jail time! When the demand goes down for these designer dogs the puppy mills will go out of business. There are plenty of unwanted dogs and cats at the humane societies and county dog pounds. Many of them being euthanized due to not enough people to adopt. I worked in rescue for years and it broke my heart everyday to see so many wonderful, beautiful, mixed and purebred dogs being gassed because there wasnt enought room or there 3 day chance of being adopted was up. STOP PUPPY MILLERS

Tear down and offer the property to landlords who care about their tenants. Give them a tax break for the next 10 years, The county should also apply for grants for new housing from the state or federal government!!

To Nancy M. I would think That with everyone behind the fact that these poor animals are treated badly you would realize you were either lucky to get a healthy pet or you are getting a kickback.I have been there and no such good care has been given to these animals. I for one would like to be in charge of what he , his girlfreind and wife gets. And to Grama60 since she is there in the same residence and sees what goes on then she is as guilty as they are. And to Drew this town dosen't have a Humane office and the people that run our Dog pound are no more respectible than Dutiel and his wife and girl freind. Like I said I would like to have all three of them just let me do what I feel they deserve for three months they'd wish they were never born. and I wouldn't have one moment of remorse over it fact is it would give me great pleaser I live in the same town he does and it sickens my stomache to see hinm I have two dogs and and they live better than most people do. Oh and by the way to SO WHAT it only cost around a hundred dollars to have your pet spayed or neutered. Why kill them maybe if that was the way to go then we should euthanize most of the Dead beat Dads

I have lived in perry County all my life and have seen the way the system works here. What appears to be an open & shut case usually isn't, because somewhere along the line someone (investigator, prosecutor, judge) does something that allows a case to be thrown out of court. I have never been to the Wagon Wheel Ranch (and I suspect many of the posters here have never been there either) so I cannot comment on the conditions, but I will say that approx. 4 years ago I was at the dog shelter in New Lex when Mr. Dutiel came in upset that someone had complained about the condition of his pens. Mr Dutiel stated his pens were cleaned every day, and didn't want people saying otherwise. He insisted that the dog warden come out to inspect his property to verify the conditions. The dog warden flatly refused, saying he had more important things to do than to look at cages. I don't think we have the same dog warden as we did then, but the county did have a chance to inspect the property, but officials were "too busy" to do it.
Well the dog warden we have now is a no account ass that is only in it for the money he and his assistants are worthless I am a perry county person and have delt with them Worthless I say money being thrown away on them

greed for $$$ is the only reason this low life sells these poor puppy's. greed is the same reason he puts humans in these TRASHY homes!!!
He DOES NOT own anything in new lexington EXCEPT DUMPS, DUMPS AND MORE DUMPS!
New Lexington would be a better place if he and WAGON WHEEL RANCH LEFT TOWN!!(with wife and girl friend in tow)

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
