Long early voting line in Columbus OH today

Nov 4, 2012 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Daily Kos

After finishing a canvassing shift today in Columbus, Ohio I stopped by the early voting location for the county , just to see how crazy it was.

I was up there this afternoon intending to early vote. It was completely insane. Traffic backed up on Morse Road all the way back to the freeway. Wall to wall cars in the parking lot from Kroger's at Morse and Karl clear to the next cross street and a long line snaking around the building.

Tuesday was going to be tight due to some other commitments, and we have made voting into a family tradition--hard to pull off around everyone's schedul. Just have to take some time off and get er done.

But for those who have been down on the need for early voting--maybe it's time to study the numbers of voters and the real capacity of the current system.

Obama had 4 years to change the country for the better.

Seriously, can anyone name one good thing this guy's done for America?

I need not explain how he and his corrupt guttertrash Chicago mafia handlers have made everything worse. Simply look around with your own lying eyes for proof.

We need real jobs, not McWalmart jobs.

We also don't need the Obama Administration continuing on it's current path to oblivion without having to worry about re-election. This would be dangerous to our constitution's survival and our pocketbooks.

Romney is owned by the same international bankers as Obama destroying America from overseas.

However by hittig the reset button on the corrupt, power crazed, Obama administration it gives more Americans time to wake up to what is presently happening to America.

In some aspects Obama is right when he says ((("you didn't build/create that, government did.")))

Let's look at what this administration has created in 4 short years and imagine what he can do with 8:

-Socialist eugenics based health care (((Obamacare)))

-NDAA (((National Defense Authorization Act))) where Americans can now be disappeared without a jury

-Out of control (((Crony Capitalism))) where government picks winners and losers based on payouts -not the free market eg. Solyndra, GM, MF Global, Numerous Bank Bailouts, No Prosecution of criminal Banksters

-(((Skyrocketing Unemployment and Outsourcing)))-The idea that welfare checks/EBT cards are paychecks

-(((Fast and Furious))) and other suspected domestic false flags to argue for abolishing the 2nd ammendmant

- Massive (((TSA expansion))) onto America's streets and armed (((survellance drones/now blimps))) operating over US territory.

-(((UN control of U.S. military troops to invade))) Egypt, Syria, parts of Africa, etc. for offshore bankers aka Nazism

-(((Trickle Down Government))) The idea that nothing can be built without (((more government bureaucrats and global warming regulations/taxes))) getting in the way

-(((Throwing Israel -an important ally- under the bus))) by destabalizing all the county's around it but not offering them any assurances of protection

- A (((continuation of Bush's failed policies))), like not getting out of Iraq, Afghanastan, and no closing of Guantanamo torture camps

-(((Polaraized race relations))) eg. Disrespectful hadling of the Treyvon Martin family after his murder -opportunistic my son would have looked like Treyvon soundbite- and media staged racial infighting between Americans setting up for social conflict right before the 2012 election

-(((No Proof Obama supposedly got Osama)))) America was never really allowed to see the body/proof ; -)

-(((Defunding of NASA))) No exploration of the stars for the U.S., leave that to countries that are exceptional

-(((No Plan/ or Budget to Fix Anything going forward if he is re-elected )))-always says what you want to hear, then does the exact opposite hoping you''ll forget by the next speech -(((Sociopathic Liar)))

-(((Obamaphone)))-Massive expansion of this program for his dependant voting base

-(((Unlimited QE3 leading to hyperinflation/ monopoly money))) Dollar is rapidly losing purchasing power resulting in skyrocketing food and GAS PRICES (especially for "green gas" in CA)

-(((Needed a tainted Creepy Crawley moderator to hold his hand during the 2nd debate))) who helped him dodge hard questions he couldn't answer -(((weak affirmative action President)))

-(((Benghazi Gate)))???

- My favorite (((Legalizing the illegals))) temporarily until the election is over but not offering immigration reform

- The list goes on.

Is this change you can believe in? Is this what you really want another 4 years of?

As Donald Trump would say: Obama you're fired:

Too bad Ron Paul chickened out.

You do understand that a raise on a welfare check, or the food stamps cannot really be counted as doing better? To be better, the country has to be better. So lets look at that.

We did have fuel at 2.40 some cents a gallon, and unemployment was a mere 3 something percent with a National Debt that was 3 some trillion dollars.

Now a short four years later we have fuel at 4.15 a gallon, and white unemployment at 8.5 percent and black unemployment at 15.2 percent. and a National Debt of 17 trillion dollars.

Sorry mister, but that is not better, in fact that is much worse. The polls keep showing Ohio for Obama, and I know my own people know how bad we have it. I heard one guy say Columbus is mostly black and will go Obama. Well say what you will, but the black population in Ohio are not stupid. We know when we done got our asses kicked and we have the guts to change it.

So Obama, you had your chance, and a better chance than most before, and still you blew it. So brother we like ya, but we don't want ya running the country. We gotta have jobs man, not just promises.

“Meh.”

I don't really understand how the myth of a failed Europe has gone on for as long as it has in the US. One would think that after 20 exhausting years of crowing that Europe is dead in the water with no result, that the myth might have lost some of its shine. Maybe there just isn't enough US travel to European countries to create a working knowledge of Europe in popular American consciousness?

tomorrow will be the last day Obama has as elected POTUS.

The entire administration will be aborted and replaced with doers

The windbags in office will have a bag put over their heads to hide the stench of the bad breath they left the past 4 years.

Again, sorry for all of you who don't take personal responsibility, who make poor life choices.

Bush and his cronies and policies really hurt my family, now we are doing better than ever before. And NO gubbermint handouts.

Bob, there is no war on coal, cheap natural gas is killing coal all on its own. Since you said you had some education in finance, you are being disingenuous when you don't acknowledge the total cost of coal was never factored into the marketplace. Our economic system conveniently ignores the waste costs of almost every process. It's the only way most processes can be economically justified.

Four more years.

Wrong. Even if Romney were elected, tomorrow would NOT be Obama's last day as elected POTUS because the swearing in doesn't take place until Jan 20th which in 2013 falls on a Sunday.

you are wrong

When Obama is fired tomorrow, he has a couple months as a lame duck to pack.

President elect Romney will be sworn into office January; but he will already be serving in the background so on day 1 he keeps campaign promises.

Election day is the determination of term; and 4 years ago tomorrow America elected the empty suit currently in office.

PS: McCain is just as empty a suit as Obama; but Romney in comparison is a Sr. Professor to the 2 kindergartners of last election.

Bush hurt your family?

your lack of personal responsibility hurt your family.

your economic view is one of a 15 year old. Completely clueless.

if you don't factor costs correctly, you go broke.

how convenient a knucklehead like you vomits BS of the prosperity of the last 4 years but facts prove otherwise.

go back to playing with your dolls and crayons so you don't hurt yourself.

RS--every opportunity that Romney has had to act (or DO) in ways that might be considered "Presidential" he has blundered badly. His spin across the globe resulted in crowds of Londoners booing him, and the Isreali embarrassment. In response to Sandy, he recalled a high school punishment that required him to pick up trash on a football field. He couldn't even organize a food drive (a less than helpful gesture anyway) without buying props.

I am certain that there is a niche in the world for Romney. Being President of the United States just doesn't fit.
