And now Trayvon is dead. that would be your opinion since when do you think anyone cares what your opinion is, because 95% of the time you are 180 degrees opposite of reality and fact.

hey now wrote: <quoted text>Oh so he's on trial, now? as in court is in session? You filthy piece of excrement will really be stinking mad when the case is dismissed. another of the reasons you're despised here. He stands accused. Barring some new evidence (meaning something that the state did not include in its case--not something that is newly leaked to the public), odds are that the case will not be dismissed. What could happen is that O'Mara could go for a Stand Your Ground exemption (that may not be the correct legal term) by presenting a mini version of Zimmerman's case to the judge before the trial starts. This move would entail some risk because it tips the defense hand prior to trial in the event that the case is not dismissed. And, while the prosecution's case may be weak in showing that Zimmerman initiated the altercation, when the tables are turned, the defense has no evidence that it was initiated by Trayvon. What the defense does have is the testimony of Zimmerman--and we don't know how that is likely to be received if he actually takes the stand.

It is not my opinion that Trayvon is dead--that is a fact. It is also not an opinion that Zimmerman had other options. In fact one of the police reports pointed out that this encounter was wholly preventable. Now then, we care argue the wisdom of ignoring both the police advice--recall that the police had provided community training on crime prevention at multiple homeowner meetins at which Zimmerman was present, not likely that the dispatcher was the first to advise against following or chasing after suspicious persons--and standard operating procedures for block-watch groups. Perhaps you would like to support your opinion that following after Trayvon, while armed, was wise.

I know you filthy progressives can no more let go of the stand your ground component of your argument than you can let go of fisting obama. nevertheless, it is a simple self-defense case that will be tossed. god you're stupid, though so utterly convinced of your purported intelligence--progressivism will do that to you. You are dispised here.

Trayvon was not an innocent kid. Whats in his school records that his parents didn't want the public to know about? Trayvons parents are quite willing to ruin a mans life than have the truth come out concerning their son.The question is was Trayvon 'robotripping' or/and on a 'lean'. He certainly had the ingrediants..skittles..Arizoni a watermelon soda. On his facebook he is posting info. on robotripping..he was interested in obtaining codiene. Codiene mixed with Dxm,watermelon soda and skittles gives one a high as well as makes one violent and paranoid. Was this the reason he attacked Zimmerman? Zimmerman beleived he was seeing a guy high on drugs. Had trayvon continued on his way he would still be alive today. But he didn't..instead he doubled back after losing zimmerman and confronted him, then assaulting him.Zimmerman was right in fearing for his life.

The only exhibiting symptoms of paranoia here would be Zimmerman--but nobody tested him for drugs. BTW--they did test Trayvon--and they don't seem to have found any evidence of codeine, etc, or you can believe it would have been leaked at the time the other tidbits from the autopsy were leaked. And apparently Zimmerman is headed back to jail. The judge didn't appreciate being lied to about how much cash was available.

I refuse to lose; but am willing to call it even. fair enough? yes it would be a pleasure to meet you; and Glitter & I talked about you today. she, being a woman, is much more able to accept your views at times than I. I got whacked for the comment about woman; but she knew where I was; and I her. We ordered another drink; and enjoied each others friendship. hope you do want lunch soon.
