I don't think he will get the same healthc care as my senior citizen father. What do you think? Dodd, T Kennedy, Spechter... prime private health insurance, no public care or BMV- style line for them!

I smell glenn beck nearby. 99% of these people are selfesh, narrow minded, 1950's folks who would rather see someone die them give them healthcare. Rather live in isolation than in a society. Rather watch people jobless than lend a hand. They are so sad. And we are sad they must make all this noise. Life is short--share it.

This is the most pathetic piece of journalism I've read in quite some time. I was there, and there were thousands of people, and plenty of messages that "we the people" are fed up with big government. This was a middle America event. These were the hard working folks of Ohio, taxpayers, who have been contributor's to our society, not leeches. The message was clear; we don't want Obama Care, where babies will be murdered with our own tax dollars. We don't want Obama's "end of life care" where the government will decide who will die and who will live. We are tired of being taxed to death. We the people are fed up. Lord willing, the next election cycle, we have the privilge of throwing many of the bums out of office.

The real reason you are upset is because our president is a black man. Of course you will never admit it in polite society, but you're thinking it.

America, love it or leave it.

Either you are with us or against us.

I guess we all know where you all stand.

Hey, David Scott, get over Bush, it's getting old, Obama owns this mess now. It's his non-effective stimulus package and horrific deficits, economically devastating cap n Trade and socialized healthcare Bills, and his racial divisiveness that's in play now.

His attempts to socialize America and dumb down our rights are the issue.

These rallies are very questionable. Those who hate the government are simply unamerican. Maybe there are some Tim McVey wantabes in the crowd. I hope police and others are keeping a close eye on these people. I don't want anymore taxes than the next guy, but on the other hand, we must pay to keep police, fire and other essential gov't services up and running. These people want to pay nothing and receive everything, when they want it and how they want it in return. This is nothing more than a grass roots organization, sponsered by the Fox Noise Channel.

In the debate with Hillary Clinton, Charlie Gibson (3 TIMES) asked Obama if he agreed that when tax rates are lowered, more revenue is generated for the government because there is increased activity.

Obama proceeded to dodge the question (of course), and finally when Gibson forced him to acknowledge this fact, Obama said that it may be true, but that doesn't mean it's FAIR.

The main page of the liberal playbook is the promotion of class and race warfare. And Obama is the ideal student of this Marxist ideology.

Penny??? What are you talking about. We'll be dealing with the Bush mess for decades? These people at the rally's are simply Unamercian. Who hates the gov't? People that are unamerican. These meetings are nothing but a grass roots organization started by the Fox Noise channel. I don't like taxes any more than the next guy, but I understand that some taxes have to be paid for to maintain essential gov't services such as police, fire and health and human services. Most in these crowdds as in Cincinnati spew racial hatred over and over again. These people are not Patriots, they're far from it.

Why is it you libs always use the threat of laying off police. Stop welfare and entitlements and we can hire more cops and more firemen. Lay off all of non classroom education dept. employees, that would save 100's of million. Since education became a cabinet position, we have been passed by many countries, why keep it other that to let politicians give their friends jobs. Why do liberals need a law to make them pay higher taxes, can't they donate to treasury.

The day Bush took office, the official debt was 6 trilion. The day he left it approached 13 trilliion, and the annual surplus he inherited had turned to a projected 2009 deficit of over $1 trillion for that year alone. The GOP controlled the House for six of those years and the Senate for four.
Glad to hear you were against the deficits before and because you want to make a consistent stand against it, you have joined us to make sure that Congress doesn't increase the deficits any more!

Because otherwise, that would be pretty hypocritical...

You are so far off base it is pathetic. I challenge you to do some research into the backgrounds of those czars being placed around Obama, circumventing our checks and balanced of Congress. There are many very radical and self professed communists on board...take Van Jones, the Green Czar...you are LYING if you say he isn't one we should be very concerned about. His APOLLO ALLIANCE wrote our President's stimulus bill. Check it out. Be informed. Be wary.

No need for name calling. I am well aware that cameras take pictures. Perhaps there was a picture in the paper version. I did not see one in the online article, I do not live in Columbus.

I don't understand why people have a problem with getting new, fuel efficient cars (unless they're mad they didn't qualify) and having health care for all Americans. Yeah it doesn't say it in the Constitution but a lot of the things we have aren't in the Constitution--public school, fire/police, public roads...where is that in there? It is not right that health care is tied to your job--look at all those laid off right now. You think they're "lazy" or should die just because they were laid off? Wow. This rally seems very ignorant and filled with those that hate progress. Why would you WANT to drive a gas guzzler that supports foreign oil and destroys the environment. Why would you WANT your neighbor to miss vital care because they were laid off? God, if you people had your way women would still be barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Taurus

Your spirits are high and you're feeling great! It's a super day for doing whatever appeals to you, provided it involves plenty of enjoyment and laughter. The thought of struggling through a pile of work is likely to leave you cold, and you'll be tempted to put it off until you're more in the mood. If you can, visit somewhere new now.
