I got rid of my second line, however, by porting it over to Google Voice. Now it rings my landline and my cell phone at the same time. I also use Google Phone but have spotty success with it.

The nice thing about AT&T is that my office voice mail is set up so that you can see messages just like you do in email. AT&T messaging also accepts faxes, but I have to know who is calling in advance so I don't answer so it works a little clunky.

I'm spoiled. I just cut an Adobe of my docs and email and digitally sign.(Yup, there are certificates for that.)
I can hook up my office voice mail to my email. But meh. I don't use the phone in the office a lot. Either face to face or I'll use email to document something.
