I have a friend that lives in Forest Park sub division that indicated there's a very serious criminal breaking in cars. Please be careful. This person is an amateur. He does his crimes early night between 12:45 and 1:45 indicating he must be young, because a real criminal isn't trying to meet his maker that early.
