RIDICULOUS and a waste of news time. Let's focus on the serial rapist and stop trying to further destroy people who make human error but are hardened criminals. No minors were involved, only adults who are able to make their own decisions. Some people get caught and some people don't in their mistakes, that it is. Not worthy of being a MAJOR headline and reporting on a person's income, school degree and giving out the address and location of where they reside. That is some real BS

Obviously G. Moore you are a personal friend of Vanise's. The fact that she works for our agency in a sexual abuse unit and involved with children and law professionals on a daily basis. She gives good workers a very bad and unprofessional name. IT IS news worthy. It deserved to be a MAJOR headline.

The news appears a bit vague about the nature of the charge. She is alleged to have offered "oral sex" for $150. Was it proposed fellatio? cunnilingus?
.
DON'T bash the messenger - I did not author the below:
"(BW)-- Women who perform the act of fellatio on a regular basis, one to two times a week, may reduce their risk of breast cancer by up to 40 percent, a recent study found."
URL: http://www4.ncsu.edu/~brwilli2/cnn1.html
DON'T bash the messenger - I did not author the above!
.
Was she seeking to attempt reducing her chance of breast cancer? Should she be charged with practicing medicine w/o a license? A fee of $150 sounds more in line for a medical specialist's office call.
---
FCCS Caseworker 2 states, "She gives good workers a very bad and unprofessional name. IT IS news worthy. It deserved to be a MAJOR headline."
---
IMO, the accused does NOT give good workers a very bad and unprofessional name. Her offer was restricted on behalf of HERSELF AND A SPECIFIC MALE, and not an offer to ALL people, regardless of age, on behalf of ALL those who work for such agencies.
.
What DOES give such workers a bad name is:
1) A CS agency which sandbags an adopting couple with a child who has serious mental health issues and CS KNOWS of those issues, but remains SILENT; thereby creating an environment for the ill child's false abuse allegations against a parent, costing thousands of dollars to the couple to prove that the child is lying and proving that the accused is innocent of any abuse;
2) A lawyer who is also a psychologist, making a misstatement of fact under oath in a court proceeding against an accused abuser, well knowing that the misstatement will severely prejudice the accused.
--
There are some (not I), not mandatory reporters, who refuse to report suspected issues of abuse for the simple reason that they do not trust the integrity of the system.
.
That is unfortunate because there are far too may cases of real abuse that do need intervention.
.
Whether Mr./Ms. G. Moore is or is not "obviously" a "personal friend of Vanise" is unsupported by Moore's statement - there was no mention of a name, relationship, etc.
.
The charge IS worthy of news, because "sex" sells and sells well. Newspapers buy paper and ink by the carload, which is independent of the substance or lack thereof in the article printed.
.
Yet not much was printed about the female minor in Dublin who made false allegations against a male minor in Dublin. Fortunately local prosecutor had the wisdom of not taking the case to trial. Her conduct was sexual predation.
.
I would much rather see our limited resources removing home invaders, rapists, robbers, killers, other violent predators, etc., from the environment, by ANY means lawfully necessary and available, including when necessary, elimination of the predator in order to stop the attack.
.
And that includes those minors who choose to present and execute a course of action that seriously threatens violence towards the safety and well being of others.

It takes one moment of a bad choice to ruin a life. This could happen to anyone. Let us not forget that we deal with people everyday that face crisis and make bad judgments. Dunn was just a reminder that anyone of us could be faced with hardship and lose our sense of reality. Remember that when you see a client. Remember that when you see your co-workers.

I Agree! G-M I think it is funy how people get caught up in the trivial in life or small drama if you will, and realy miss the whole point ! UNITY is the only thing that will save us, But sadly we all enjoy the misery of others to much. If you dont think so just think about everthing you listen to watch, What I cant figure out is why cant people just be happy being happy ? We dont all have to agree to work tward a better cause. jmshifflet@hotmail.com
