Just another rat hole. shut it down. I'm tired of hearing of this. These places are useless and we know what happens there.

But as usual nothing will happen. This country will be a 3rd world country soon if things keep going as they are going.

As someone who goes there all the time, I have NEVER seen violence here and AM shocked at last night (I was not there, thankfully). Violence happens anywhere anymore.

And now the sequel to "Gun Fight at the OK Corral"

Shut the place down. I'm surprised this hasn't happened sooner. What does it say about your clientele when you have to be wanded to get it in. While they are at it they can shut down X Club too. Between drugs, prostitution and now shootings there is nothing good that comes from these places. There are plenty of children that live in the apartment complexes and houses near each of these places and an elementary school roughly half way between the two. This recession is bad enough, I don't need the kind of crap that goes on at these places driving my property value lower. To be honest, I could care less if they shoot each other. People who do this type of thing contribute absolutely no value to society.

You know, if nothing else, wouldn't you be kind of afraid to go back in there - especially this soon?

There is undercover there. But what can undercover do when it happens on the patio, and they are inside. I have many friends who hang out there. I myself don't hang out there because I am scared of stuff like this.

All I am going to say is from what I heard about the shooting and the comments I see on here is WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! Do to others as you would have them do to you! We need to start treating people right instead of when we get ticked off go out and shoot someone. What if your family member/friend was in that bar, would you be reacting the same way? Be part of the solution not a bigger part of the problem. Pray people...pray.

Name the dealers, gang bangers, crooks, etc. Chase them out of town or burn them out of town. Else wait for the law to maybe do it.

To Yes or No - Not sure of the head count (at the bar or at the corral) but I am sure that I will not be drinking my brewskis at this establisment. Some one posted about undercover being there to pick up on any bragging and chest thumpin. I'm in agreement with that, some idiot will spill some evidence and give police something to track. Hope those who were injured in the melee are recovering.

Either you are lying or very ignorant because Ive lived on this corner my whole life and there has always been violence there. Just last weekend it was my BDAY and we went in for a drink but had to leave because of a fight and "kids" actin stupid. People use this bar to sell drugs out of and its been happening for a long time. Its no secret to the people that live or hang out here. The drive thru next door got busted about a year ago for selling drugs and weapons right out the front door. This is not new...wake up northside!

The shooting really happened at 1:11 cause thats when I called 911. The bouncers check everyone coming in so this dosent happen. There was no argument or fight there it stems from a situation not related to the bar so where ever they would have seen each other that would have happened. How do u prevent people from shooting outside of the bar. And last thing just because you see black people there dosent make it a thug haven.

The article stated in the beginning that it was eight, but later stated seven. How many was wounded? Although, I glad nobody die during this ....
