WHY DOES IT SAY MAKE YOUR MAN PAY ? theres plenty of deadbeat mother out there also . its as simple as make the parent pay and does what is really best for the child .

I have to say that men and women equally should be responsible for their child, but from my experience my Ex owes over $14,000 in back child support.Has not seen his child in 10 years because he is in and out of jail, prefers not to work and to go from woman to woman for a place to live, He wants me to go to the courts and say I don't want his money so he can be free and clear. He has a record a mile long and court fees that he doesn't pay either but still has a drivers license- the reality is that you should still have to pay your child support- if you are not a grown up enough to keep yourself out of trouble to be a good parent and just because you pay child support does not make you a good parent- the child should not suffer, it makes me laugh that people are saying well the mothers are sluts and keep all the money, well if anyone has ever raised a child and not been on assistance they know that raising a child costs alot more than a couple hundred dollars a month. for those people out there who feel their money is or would be wasted by the good for nothing mothers maybe you should thank the mother or father of your child that is doing all the real work- anyone can pay for a child but it takes alot more than money to care for a child. Pay your support !!!

And what does this solve? I was divorced after 20 years--my ex had a pretty wild midlife crises. Ended up in the hole to me for about $12K for CS on two teens.

20 years marriage. He flipped out and walked out and drank. Got involved with a drug addict. Lost his job. He avoided the court system. Wanna think about it again WHO made the made decision? People like YOU need to be smacked for your ignorant self-righteousness. Deadbeat parents are just that. Can't predict the future.

as a mother of three i feel they shouldn't be so hard on the men.i have never asked child support because if he don't give me $ on his own then that means he don't want no part on his chidrens life.i will not force him either because when a women asks for child support its forcing guys to be in thier chils life and thats not right.as we start over, men should have the equal oppurtunity as well.
