No way this can't possibly be true .He has learned his lesson and is registered,he can;t do this again the state said he couldn't.

Hate to be crass here but, where he is going, he won't have to travel quite so far for sex anymore.

This just proves ONCE AGAIN that these sick people CANNOT be stopped. There is no amount of counseling and/or medication to change who they are inside. If they are convicted of a sex offense, it should be MANDATORY that they spend the rest of their lives in jail. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Why pay for them to stay in prison for ever? Just cut their balls off and be done with it. Who cares about human rights for re-offenders? They're not human, they're scum. But he'll do his time on our dime and be out preying on our children before we know it. Maybe we'll get really lucky and he'll learn from his mistakes and start killing the victims and burying them in his back yard like the guy in Cleveland. Unbelievable!

What about the deliberate entrapment of this guy? The cops knew that he was a sex offender and preyed on his weakness. That IS entrapment. On the other hand, he did leave his two kids at home alone. So the cops played a role in the abandonment of the children, but Officer "Friendly" can NEVER be guilty of even the slightest infraction. These official explanation of the charges are always suspect. But we should always trust the police, right. The whole story is not being told here. WBNS should just be called W-B.S. At least there would be some truth in this story.

No, alot of these offenders end up in a nursing home where they think we owe them..they think they can yell at other resident, mistreat staff and they get away with it even when it is reported to State...they don't change they believe society should pay for them...food, housing, medical...and yet their are people who are working who can't pay their bills, buy groc., or get medical help...what is wrong with America??? Oh, thats right...They have rights...which they don't deserve.

I think the "Court system must be littered with pedophile judges etc. Our system is broken with corrupt leadership. How many kids live in their own prisons of abuse because of liberal political correctness. PEOPLE ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT PROTECTING THIS GUYS IDENTITY THAN THEY ARE ABOUT TRYING TO PROTECT CHILDREN!

Smokey sounds like he thinks the police should not try and set traps to catch those who are actively trying to go after kids. Hmmm, sounds like smokey has a/the problem! Smokey may figure out the hard way that people are getting fed up with the corruption of the system and criminals. Its just to bad kids cant get a concealed carry license to defend themselves against predators like the guy smokey thinks got set up!

There are some sex offenders who have learned their lessons and there are some who didn't. Again there are some who just take the blame because the system already judged them. What I'm saying is we should not judge so quickly just because of what you hear on the news or words of mouth. We need to be careful because its not up to the system to have the finally say so. It's up to God. Are we that innocent and living so rightously? Are we so much better then them? We all are guity before God. I'm so sick of people judging. What if that was your son/daughther doing what he did? Would you condenm him/her so quicky. I don't think so. So choose your words carefully!
