Eat a little poop in jail, get not guilty verdict. I have a feeling he'll be spending the same ammount of time in this mental hospital, which might not be as nice as prison.

If he is "cured" he will be out a lot sooner than a life sentence. They don't elaborate on why he didn't know right from wrong unless he is schizophrenic or some other illness like that. Either way get some meds and get out back on the street stop taking them and here we go again.

Ohio needs to adopt the possibility of a "Guilty but Mentally Ill" verdict. This is a choice in some other states. In that case a defendant is sent to a mental hospital, but is also given a sentence, so that if he is declared mentally competent, he will then serve the remainder of the sentence in prison.

bull anyone can act crazy when they are faced with murder charges and i think the judge should be disqualified from the case and the bench! put him in prison where he belongs or kill that reject! we have to many criminals sitting on death row and you need to kill the rotten creeps on death row and stop paying for them out of our pockets! the state, county, and local jails are a gimmick to rip people off! vote all the creeps out!

Just a matter of time before he is deemed "ok" and "not a threat" by experts and released back into society to kill & maim again. Wish we could hold those who make this determination responsible for any future criminal actions by these "insane" (and otherwise) perps.

Hi Auntie, How are you today? Do you mind if I stab you to death today?????????? Please! Who was this mans caretaker? Why was he in public if he was mentally disturbed, and what did this woman do that set him off in his rage? Did he drive to her location, or was he too mentally incompitant to have a drivers license? Once again, a murderer who does not have to pay the price. I know that the center he is going to is no day at the park, but I am so sick of people who do such crimes, and not held responsible.

Keep track of this guy because he will definitely get out and kill again. We have incredibly gullible "experts" and parole boards who believe there is no such thing as a bad boy while good people have their rights trampled upon.

There are legitimate mental illnesses, but what surprises me is that nobody had determined there was a problem, especially while in high school, or an employer who noticed unusual behavior.

The only disorder that would be feasible is PTSD, if he had been in a combat situation, and something set him off that caused him to kill his aunt.

Fyi we tried to get him help for years the system would let him walk out cause he was over 18 and never got the help we tried so hard to get for years as his close family I don't know how we could ever trust him again but what do u do. We love him even though but that don't mean he don't deserve justice but. He really was mentally ill it was not till the worsts happened that he could get the help he really needed scitsofrenia was the diagnosis and it is the truth he needed mental help just sucks it came to thi. It makes me sick to think about and for the comment above my aunt lived at the same app as he did its not like he drove there with a plan to kill its just something that happened noons will ever know what it was that made him do it other than the illness we lost two people that day its hard to deal with
