No, we don't expect the government to do anything FOR us; after all, we're the normal majority. It's what they would do TO us, like charge us with "hate crimes" and send the thought police after us.

The pride parade is about finding members in a common community and being, for once, in the majority, in large numbers. there is power in numbers, as you know. for those of you who are unwilling to accept that many different types of people inhabit this earth, i'm very sorry. you suck. by the way, i'm straight, but as an atheist, i'm not blinded by religious ideology, which has already caused so much pain to so many people.

The homosexual pridefulness (Imagine, being proud of perversion) has spilled over. I went into a Wal-Mart today and encountered two really ugly "guys", one wearing a T-shirt that had huge letters on front reading "VAGINA, It's not a dirty word". I was tempted to ask the "guy" why s/he wore that shirt since s/he didn't have one but I just walked on in disgust.

I am an atheist, I am conservative and I have gay friends. I just get tired of this "look at me" bull crap. Same goes for black history month. Enough already.
