Everyone of these employees should be fired immediately. There are plenty of people who are out of work that would have been better at honoring the privacy of this young lady. This type of thing is a form of stalking.
Hospitals in the Los Angeles, CA area had the same problem with their employees snooping into medical records of celebrities with the intention of selling the info to the press. I think that hospitals and state DMVs should be more careful with their hiring practices and send a clear message that this kind of thing will not be tolerated. If this young lady had been attacked by a player hater who may have been amongst these employees, the state of Ohio could have been sued by her family. If I was one on that jury, her family would win.
