You are such an idiot. This happened during the Repubs era too. You just did not get the news from Channel 10 and Dispatch. They were in bed with them. Have you noticed that any little thing that happens during this era is blown up. Get a grip! There were 5 or 6 agencies including law enforcement who accessed the data. They are NOT state employees. Only one was a state employee. You really must learn to read. But be sure to bring back the undercover wolves (repubs).
