Landlord?

More like a baby sitter for all the kids that are dumped there by their lazy

parents.

"Do you have a library card? Whose your daddy?"

Sounds like a way they (and other nonprofits) could raise a little bit. Smart idea. Nonprofits are going to have to start thinking of ways in which they can raise money outside grants and major donors.

I have lived in these apartments in the past, and they are great for CSCC, CCAD, Capital Law school, Franklin University, and others in that part of the city. Without these buildings there would be no other place to live within blocks of the area. I'm glad they are not torn down, if they were it would further decline an area already struggling by parking lots and unsavory individuals.

I would say that REAL NON-PROFITS do not exist. This is just another organized scam to get out of paying their fair share of taxes. I would like for someone to show me a NON-PROFIT that does not make a profit, and pay their administrators ridiculous salaries!

Daily Horoscope for February 13

Capricorn

Partners or family members may show a fierce determination today as Mars and Saturn work in harmony in the Heavens. Try to work in with them and you'll get the most from the day. Cooperation is the watchword. Bosses or those in authority may step up to the mark and ask you to do more. Give your all, if that's the case. Seek the cooperation of partners with creative projects.
