Many vets with PTSD prescribed opioid painkillers

I have a question that will only take a moment or so.
I get prescribed Roxicodone 30 and 15 as you all may know half the battle is locating a place to get them filled
I pefer to stick with the same pharmacy as to be established as so maybe I will not have such trouble trying to fill them.
This month I was having a little diffculty filling them I went to my regular pharmacy and the pharmasist told me that he could fill half of my prescribed script for my fifteens so I told him to do so, however what I did not know was that the other half gets forefitted.
So my question is A: Is that legal?
And B: I have done that before with other narcotics and have not any problems so I'm not understanding whty this is?

yes you can get 30's and 15's not a problem...and misty they should not have told you the other half is forfeit....sounds like you just gave the other half to the technician's drug habit. Go back in and demand the other half of your script...if not call the police!

Thats not right at all...i have gotten partial fills on many prescriptions, both benzos & opiates, & never had a problem getting the rest of my script later on...some pharmasists have told me it was too early to get the remainder, but I still always got them...u must not be going to a major pharmacy to get them filled, are these scripts from a pill mill/ script doc or from a legitimate doc? That might be a big reason why they would try & screw u over...

Either the pharm-tech or maybe the pharmacist will either eat those tablets or sell em again. What a racket! Go in there and demand ur meds or call the police for some backup. Not right at all and good luck getting the rest of ur medication back. Some ppl think they can bully others over a few tablets.!

Yeah its a problem i have been on the 30s & 15s but when u come up short major problems. as far as pharmacy a lot will do if u have been at the same one for a while,if not GOOD LUCK, i heared that CVS is not filling them is that true????? Any inport would help.How about any luck online,thats for real????
