It's a class b misdemeanor to hold oneself out as a Dr. when you have not gone to accredited school. If she has a legitimate masters, then there is NO WAY she could not have known doctorate worthless. No amount of logic would lead one to conclude that you only need complete ONE semesters worth of work at an accredited institution in order to obtain an online doctorate. It's pathetic how many people try to get these fake degrees and then hold them out as legitimate. She needs to be prosecuted as it is the law, and she clearly broke it. Not to mention that on all the websites, she is still using the title doctorate even after it has been brought to light that using that title is illegal

Sounds to me like someone is a sore loser!
The State of California states the Degree was issued before the school lost its accredidation, so there far, it is a good degree!

Remove her, if you are so much against her and value your apparent complaint ,go file it and see what the out come will be. You have a fifty, fifty chance of winning if you actually have the evidence to show if she is actually guilty. And if Springer is right you have a lost cause. so either put up or go home and forget it. that sunshine is really looking good.

Not saying she is, but what difference would it make! Every city official has had a personal motive when its come to updates in this town, whether legal or illegal. Yah, I said it...like city officials looking the other way when they built the storage facility on hickory tree road. Heard the council man that helped pass this storage facility was given a good chumk of buscks with which he built a brand new house for swaying the vote! So if you are going to be slinging mud, why don't you start slinging it the way of the officials who have corruptly run this town. Regardless if it is or is not legitimate, its hardly worth the argument given what the past city officials have done during their terms in Balch Springs!
