Ssettimba was one of the robbers. The name of the victim that shot Ssettimba's partner has not been released as yet.

Well, Jaymee Brewer was arrested once before for robbery with a firearm. The charges were reduced to larceny and he walked with a suspended 2 year sentence. That was a year ago. Now he is dead. If he had been required to serve a little time, maybe he would still be alive today.

No there's way more that happened than what is being "said" , They failed to say that jaymee was beat up befor ehe was shot. Its not over this will all come out sooner or later. I knew him personally!

So, was Ssettimba also beat up? Or did he just stand around while his partner was beat up before being shot? Or did the robbery victim beat both robbers up before shooting?(Too bad there isn't a "rolls eyes" icon)

Sounds like a case of self defense. Jaymee attacked the victim, they fought, and then victim had to shoot to get away from jaymee.

Ssettimba, who was born in Uganda, is being held on bonds totaling $125,000 and is required to show the court proof he has no passport before a bond can be made.

Ssettimba is charged with Brewer’s because the two men were allegedly involved in the commission of a felony when the occurred.
