If I read the application right. One of the requirements to qualify for assistance is you have to have resided in Texas for 6 months. We have lived all our married life in Houston t. They are are giving us the run around. I am desperate trying to find help for my husband .he has mesothelioma and needs surgery. Our application was denied.
