The Financial Aid Office has the slowest line in the world! I just spent half an hour waiting there. I’m at the library right now and I’m tempted to stand up and yell to my fellow students using the computers how I feel! I called and after spending half 20 min on hold I went over there and got in line and waited another 15 when I finally got to be helped. And I was still on hold! So they didn’t take my call in order of people coming in! I think the worst part is the voice on the line that tells you nicely to “please hold, your call will be answered shortly.” So you trust it. Betrayal!
