Gun supporters say colleges trample protest rights

Liberal bastions of free thought and speech are infamous for abridging the rights of those who do not sing the correct song.

Liberals are some of the biggest hypocrites on the face of this planet. They will march, yell, wave signs, burn stuff, go crazy for "freedom"... just as long as its their freedom. If you have a differing opinion (even when based on things like...oh I don't know... lets say the U.S. Constitution) those same rights don't apply to you.

I agree that one should not ignore evidence if it conflicts with their ideology, but, unlike religious beliefs, the effects of gun control and the effects of human activities (or lack thereof) are observable.

Of course there will be methodologically flawed or ideologically motivated observations ("studies," "reports," "data," etc), but they are open to criticism and correction through the scientific process.
