Parents fuming over airline's kid-on-plane mix-ups

You do know, the vast majority of people would never dream of dropping their kids off with total strangers. You get what you pay for and at the airlines you get low payed disgruntled workers who could give a damn about you or your kids. Allowing young minor children to fly on their own is asking for trouble.
