Yes, it does, liars.

It is tragic when anyone, anywhere, official or not takes advantage of another human being. These type people are everywhere and humanity needs to respect other humanity. All life is one, to hurt another is to hurt yourself. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. But in the affairs of humans there is usually a time delay. This convinces people they have escaped justice. Sooner or later you will pay. Praise to China for making example of this person.

But the whole CCP system runs on these sort of abuses. They are the "perks" the Cadres "enjoy".
