enmurlab Roswell, NM	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Oct 12, 2006 When I create a NURBS shape (say a sphere), and try to enter "Control Vertex" mode, I get the following error message: "Warning: Edit UV Mode is not enabled on nurbsSphere1. UVs will not be selectable." Also, only two CVs show up, and they are on the far end of the sphere. Is there some property of the object that must be changed to correct this problem, and if so, what? I am using Maya 8 on Mac OSX 10.4.8. Thank you for your help.

ZiiX Concord, NC	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Dec 27, 2007 Hi... I found the solution after a ton of searching 'in' the help files. The topic to search for is "Edit NURBS UVs" Beware: save a sep file first because it stresses that this is your last step. cheers.

Saltshakuhh San Jose, CA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #6 Friday May 18 I just ran into this problem an hour ago. If u go on ur perspective window and turn off the "high quality" button (the one that looks like a gold sphere) it shud solve the problem. Best of luck
