I think the idea of building a railway system in Laos is a great idea. It will help people get connected with their love one easily. However, my question is. Will the Lao government discriminate its minorities. Is the railway system only benfit Lao people or it minorities too. Because like the Dam they have, most minority groups recieve no electoricity. As a result of Lao unequal treatment of is minorities that why the country still in war with minority groups. Any nation that want to help Lao should think twice before invest it all in. Lao must not discriminate or the railway system can destory and foreign investment money could be lose.
