Wars are not won by just weapons, they are won by the determination of the people using those weapons, You only have to look at vietnam, Korea and the eastern front during the WW2 to see that just because you have better weapons you don't automatically win wars. The German weapons where far more advanced than the soviets yet the soviets won, Americans had huge advantage in war material in Korea including heavy artillery and more armoured tanks yet they didn't stop the common poorly armed but motivated chinese soldiers from forcing them back to the 38th parallel,The American also had an overwhelming advantage in Vietnam but still they had to withdraw in the end. So don't think wars are won by weapons alone. Wars are won by being able to adapt to your enemies strengths and neutralising them and using your own capabilities to your own best advantage. What is the use of a 10 million dollar tank if it can be stopped by $100 000 rocket launcher. Instead of putting a single 10 million dollar tank in the field why not issue 100 rocket launchers to 100 soldiers it only takes 1-3 rockets to turn that tank into scrap metal.
