China slams Britain's Cameron for meeting Dalai Lama as support for Tibetan independence

The British government ignored Beijing's objections in going ahead with Monday's meeting in London, and doing so "hurts the feelings of the Chinese people," meddles in China's affairs and harms Chinese-British relations, Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said.

Which China complained--the Hu/Wen/Xi faction or the Zhou/Bo/Xu faction?

Both have a lot of control right now. In fact the Zhou faction is so strong that Hu doesn't even dare fire Zhou at the moment even though Zhou and his supporters staged an armed insurrection on the new 3.14.
