China Ready to Ship Food Aid to Africa

Didn't some zealots here on the China forum say China has never given any aid to any country, period.

Actually, they have been doing this for quite sometime. But the China haters will say otherwise.

Africans should check the expiry date on that food. Nothing good ever came out of China.

In the 1960s when China was still dirt poor and hungry, China still gave aids to Albania as part of buying influence. When was that China suffered famines and tens of millions Chinese died in hunger? Was it also in the 1960s???
