I pre-registered on the Ohio Department of Health website. I am a health care provider.
I have yet to hear from them as to where I should go to receive my "pre-requested" vaccine. My daughter, who is 7 months pregnant, also pre-registered and still has not been notified.
Another planned procedure that's running amuck. No wonder people are so disgusted with government agencies.
