Dr. Steiner's path of ruin keeps growing.

We are going through the same exact situation with Dr.Stiener.

Our family is going through same situation with Dr. Steiner. This man pretends to be good but in actuality is evil and a destroyer of families.

I have a dear, devout Christian, innocent friend sitting in an Ohio prison because of Dr. Steiner's conflict of interests.

I have a friend in jail for Dr. Steiners false accusations.

My baby sister WAS going through the same thing.When i got news of this she was hysterical.Knowing my sister and her husband were innocent,i gathered all the information i could about what else could be causing these symptoms. you would be surprised at what i found out.Since this dr.steiner was so hellbent on sending my sister and her husband to prison along with the truckload of people who were presnt when my nephew was supposedly"shaken", I and three other family members traveled to Akron Children's Hospital to speak with him. Every day, new things seemed to "appear" concerning my nephew.My research revealed that there are MANY things that can mimic SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME,but it's the most logical thing that Dr.Steiner's "tunnel vision" could come up with.I WILL NOT let my family go to prison when i know that they are innocent. For the one's that are trying to get out of this messed up situation, or trying to help friends and family out of this..my prayers are with you and i hope the folling information helps.I started finding out a lot of things about Dr. Steiner having a classaction lawsuit because of his misdiagnosis.One of which he actually said that he was "wrong". Can you believe that?!! To me, that blew his credibility apart and made me giggle. There is no such thing as shaken baby syndrome. The injuries attributed go hand in hand usually and some are caused by the medical interventions to stop the progression of the initial problem that caused it. Short falls CAN, Do, and HAVE killed infants and toddlers throughout history. Secondly, doctors know of all the different reasons why these injuries occur, but suffer from an oddly temporary amnesia when they take the stand and LIE that it's solely the result of shaking a baby. And the gullible public eat it up, so willing to believe loving parents and caregivers are murdering their babies.

Dr. Plunkett is an expert in this field and is correct. He testified in the 2007 Marsha Mills trial but the jury would not listen. Two jurors slept during his testimony. The prosecution forced the jury to view 53 gruesome autopsy photos very slowly not less than four times throughout the trial. Dr Steiner and Dr. Emily Scott testified that a fall down five cement steps to a concrete sidewalk could not cause death. The assistant coroner, Dr. Sterbenz withheld the fact from the jury that the Akron Children’s Hospital doctors gave the toddler uncross-matched blood in a transfusion at the emergency room. The wrong blood can cause bruising and or death. Marsha was baby-sitting two of her four grandchildren with two other children when the child fell off the back porch down the steps. The prosecution claimed she must have just snapped and beat him to death even though the other tree children were just fine and there was NO evidence to support the beating theory. I have seen this woman laugh when a baby unexpectedly pissed in her face. She has great patience and a deep love for children. OMG, I have been researching and researching...i have a situation with Dr. Steiner involving an inaccurate diagnosis and unfair allegations...I have lost contact with my daughter and all rights...It's been 7 mo. now just since I have seen or spoken to her...we continue to appeal.....I have been fighting and fighting and can not get anywhere.....CAN ANYONE HELP????????? I'm at a loss and doing everything I can.

Dr. Steiner is an evil man and basically continues to ruin small children and their families..Something has got to be done.....

Attorney Bill Whitaker from Akron Ohio has proven Steiner wrong twice and is well versed on this subject. I wish we had him instead of a public defender for Marsha Mills. I believe he is one that can help you. Dr. Steiner needs to be put in his place, jail!!!!! Good luck and God bless.

An innocent relative of mine is going through this right now. As a result of this evil man, all of her children have been taken away just before the holidays. Words of advice would be greatly appreciated. This man is sick and must be stopped.

Words of advice: Don’t depend solely on a public defender; they usually try to work plea bargains and don’t have the expertise needed for a case like this. Attorney Bill Whitaker of Akron has proven the self proclaimed “expert” Dr. Daryl Steiner to be wrong at least twice on this very subject. He would be of great service to you even if only as a consulting attorney.
Expert witnesses are the key. Two or more expert witnesses would be better than one. The prosecution will probably claim the experts are being paid to testify to cause doubt in the jury’s minds as to their motivation and honesty. Nobody in the court is working for free. Your lawyer should not be afraid to point this out. Public defenders are reluctant to offend anyone in the court and may not object enough at the proper times. They work in the same court day after day with the same people and may want promoted to a job in the prosecutor’s office. Dr. Steiner is by no means a forensic expert. Your lawyer should not let him appear to be. He does claim to be an expert on shaken baby syndrome but still goes by outdated criteria that has been proven to be wrong. It is of utmost importance that your expert witness can prove Steiner to be using outdated analysis and to be wrong.
Challenge the coroner’s ruling of homicide from the start. By declaring a homicide, they take the question of whether it was an accident or not out of the jury’s hands and only leaves them with a who did it? Science has no way to tell for sure if an injury was on purpose or accidental without witnessing the event. It is only an opinion based on a hypothesis of what could have possibly happened.
Don’t think that they can’t prove something that did not happen. They don’t have to. It comes down to a vote of opinion by the jurors. When a small child dies, people are outraged that someone might do such a thing because it does sometimes happen, and they want someone to pay and be an example. There is a general consensus that one would not be charged with a crime if they were not guilty. This is a case where you have to prove yourself innocent even though the law states “innocent until proven guilty.” Innocent people are not actually found guilty, they are voted guilty and it happens more often than you know.
Be prepared for a nasty trial where the prosecution is willing to withhold important information or evidence in order to win the case by hook or by crook. It happens all the time even though it is wrong. Movies today glorify loose cannon cops and people that take the law into their own hands and blow away the bad guy so they don’t beat the court system and make this kind of vigil-ante justice acceptable as a means to an end. With events like 9/11, we as a society are very willing to believe the worst about our peers even if they are fine upstanding people because we don’t personally know what kind of person they are.“They just snapped under the pressure” seems to be enough “evidence” without proof for many. Look at it from the jurors’ point of view.
Reach out to friends, family, and community for help. Rich people can get justice with a good lawyer. People without money go to jail. Hold fundraiser dinners, bake sales, yard sales, whatever it takes, raise money, you will need it.
Last but not least, pray to God. You are in for the fight of your life.

me and my wife has gone through the samething w this dr he said he was 100% that he was abused and we had some other drs saying it was normal we were lied to and lead along for a ride they did no tests or anything on my son and they just took pictures and they kept asking us what happened we where upset this dr has been wrong but how many times and where can i find these facts so we can prove this man wrong i want him to lose his job when you have to look at a little girl and tell her u will be back and she afraid i hated that i hate that man he hurt my family and we will never be the same

Get a good lawyer with plenty of expert witnesses. It will be expensive but beats life in prison. Check out this 1/2 hr film http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/the-c... and other internet posts etc. there are plenty. You are right, Steiner is evil and needs to be fired.

I am being accused of dr stieners mistakes as I speak right now and I'm facing 10 years in prison. I really need help if somone knows of anything or could give me advice on how I can prove this guy wrong please write me. He is accusing me of shaking my step daughter on aug 24th 2011. She was crying in her bedroom I walked in to check on her and she was laying on the ground I picked her up and she went limp in my arms.

Get the medical records including the blood test. Get a second and third medical opinion from a real expert. There are many other things that can cause the child’s condition. All the doctors at ACH report to Steiner and won’t go against their boss’s opinion. If someone is willing to search for the real cause of her condition and finds it, they may be able to treat her if it’s not too late. I would get her into another hospital if you can.
