To Democrats and those who will vote democrat...get out, go, and VOTE!

Change doesn't happen fast. Some patience is needed, especially since the elected Republican officials did not want to do their job and work. Just the opposite - they obstructed. From this, they have proven that they are self-serving and NOT country-serving. They must be kept out of office.

Society's thirst for instant gratification must be ignored, we have to give new policies time to work and we have to go to the polls and VOTE again.

DEMOCRAT 2010

Democrats - might not be the perfect party, but they are far better than the alternatives.

I am a registered Independent and US Army Vet who has voted for GOP Senators here in Kentucky since the early 1980s. Some may be shocked at what I say. I vote my conscience and not party lines. I know real from fake, truth from lies, right from wrong.
I say, give them their four year term to finish out Obama's, just as Bush had his two. Let them finish the game. Because gridlock is what we will have any other way. We cannot afford gridlock right now. The rich can and hope for a House and Senate run by Republicans and a Democrat in the White House. They can keep our Government at bay for two more years and continue to make record profits while we lose our homes and our children go hungery. Is that what Americans want ? Can we afford to have a Government that does nothing for the People for the next two years ? It took eight years to dig this hole. We can't climb out in twenty months. And the Brother hasn't yet spent his share of the money. Heck Bush had two Wars and the tax cuts for the rich. I though maybe that the job as our President was an equal oportunity employer ?

I agree the Republicans might not be and add are not the perfect party but they are FAR, FAR, FAR better than the alternative which is socialists and communists. You can be rest assured Democrats will get out and vote, soem more than once and some of the dead ones. It did not take 8 years to dig this hole. This road to socialism America has been trodding started in 1913, took off under FDR and LBJ and has come full swing under BHO. It will take many years and possibly decades just to climb out of this socialist hole we have fallen into and even with the cooperation and want to of the American people the hole would have to be filled in and frankly I do not see this happening short of the balkanisation of the U.S. because a huge chunk of the American public love this socialist system with all its freebies they can get with someone else paying for them. Hold Fast!!!
