I didn't care for all the media surrounding LeBron, although he is an excellent athlete there are more important things in this world. As an athlete he had the right to choose another team. However there is a right and wrong way to handle anything and Lebron chose the wrong way. I don't know if the handling of his departure was due to arrogance or naivity but a once spotless athlete now has a blot in his career and character.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Stacey on a flight to Memphis. What a sweetheart. She is just as freindly (and my husband says "Incredible BEAUTIFUL" :)) in person as she is on the air. It's nice to see a TV personality that's so approachable.

As usual,I watched you & Bill today (9/9/10), and as usual, you two bust me up. I actually laugh out loud! Your self-depracating humor, witty barbs & exchanges, and quick wit keep me in stitches. I hope management realizes that they have the best combination of anchors on Cleveland TV! And I hope they pay you guys accordingly! Keep up the good work. There was a brief discussion on the 5:00 p.m. news today (September 23, 2010) about jet-skiing and swimming. You remarked that you could not swim - you know African American women and the hair ...

Swimming is a skill all human beings should have, especially those who live near bodies of water and those who fish for a living. No one should deny him or herself the pleasure of swimming because of a silly reason like "you know, the hair." There are African American women who swim - many learned to swim at university pools; others as children at a Y. Others in the local pools or at home. These are women who refuse to be defined by their locks.

Please do your part in encouraging your fellow sisters to swim - hair be damned.
