KB Homes left NM also but as far as I know they honored all existing contracts and warranties. KB Homes is also a national building company, not local like Wallen.

This story about Wallen, the current behavior of the Congress, etc. etc. is going to lead to some bad medicine in DC. People in positions of power are going to start getting shot or kidnapped..........When we see this type of white collar crime and a justice system that typically takes advantage of the poor (because their public defender cuts a deal with the prosecutor), you're gonna see some blatant violence taking place, when these criminals get off, with their well-financed legal assistance!

I can't believe there are not laws that could take immediate action on companies like this! If they know that the doors are going to close, they should not try and immitate that they are doing business days or weeks before they close. They need to be honest or else pay some consequences. I feel jail time is in store for owners like this!
