Houses for rent?

If anybody knows anybody that has a house or apartment for rent can I please get some info? Looking for a 2 bedroom in good condition.

Don't rent from Grady or Gary Adams, heard crazy stuff on them.

Theres plenty of overpriced dumps around here,just look in the newspaper.most do not accept pets.but dysfunctional kids,and dead beat dads are ok.and if your a dealer thats a plus.

Please, whatever you do, DO NOT rent from Harry Summers of Christopher. He is the original slumlord and would rather save a quarter and put you and your family's lives at risk then fix anything.

I agree with the adams comment. I didnt rent from him hes just off the wall and its not really apts anyways. Good luck in your search.

On a good note, M. Gates of Benton always has decent houses for rent and is a very excellent landlord!

2 bed 1 bath mentioned above, id questions the good landlord part. I know him and his time spread far to thin to be a tentative landlord. Keep in mind, he is an attorney, and attorneys are very busy and usually unreachable.

Don't question it just call! I can guarantee you will get a response within 24 hours if not sooner! He lives here in town.

He is a great landlord. He may not answer the phone every time but calls back shortly after. Yes he works as an attorney but he is still there for his tenants. I rented from him a year ago and will be again soon. I agree, just call, it's all a personal experience

I am renting a duplex from Tom Malkovich on West Webster that will be available in Mid-October as I am getting married and moving into something larger.

It is a 2br 1 bath, single car garage. I believe it was built in 2007; I have lived there for 4 years. It's incredibly clean, ceramic tile in kitchen and bath, hookups for washer & dryer. It comes with all the appliances (Fridge w/ icemaker, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal) and has a lennox heat pump. My bill, last month was less than $60, and the highest it has been all summer was under $90.-Look for a For Rent sign on West Webster in the next week or two.

Anyone know of good houses for rent. Looking for a 3 bedroom.

Stay away from Cindy Britton! She lies, let's you move into a disgusting non cleaned home and requires a deposit! She reminds me of a bull her attitude that is! I'd personally live on the streets then EVER live in one of her rent homes! I think everyone renting from her can agree on this!*stay away from her*
